Restaurant Name: PARTENONE TAVERNA
Favorite Dish: There are almost tree dishes that I loved very much: IMAM, MOUSSAKA' and PITA. This way to prepare dishes is very similar to italian taste. They cook much vegetables, and they use potatoes, onions and egg-plants that I love!!
Pita is similar to Italian piadina, bread without yeast. IMAM is composed by egg-plants, onions and tomatoes, very good! MOUSSAKA' is similar to Italian melanzane alla parmigiana, with tomatoes, parmigian cheese, egg-plants, meat sauce (rag?), there is only potatoes in addition, but it's very very good, don't forget to try it!
