Pisa is the one of my favourite cities in Italy. I have a good feeling with it because it is the town where I took my degree and where I met many friendly people. I visit it regularly now that I stop to study (for the moment, but I think to start again soon), looking for nice shops and as a guide for my friends that come to Tuscany and visit me. I decided to open my Pisa page with some pictures about Piazza dei Miracoli, but to make a different page from the others, I choosed only pictures by night.

From another point of view

Piazza dei Miracoli is the symbol of this town but during the day it always crowed of tourists that come and go with no-stopping. So for the first time I decided to visit it by night during the New year's Eve; I thought that on this evening noboby went there. I was right because most of the tourists were in the Arno river area, so I had all the time I want to take this picture (to be honest my boyfriend took it ;-)!!)

The cathedral

Here you can see another picture by night of Piazza dei Miracoli. In particular you can admire the Cathedral, an impressive building that I love for its majesty.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Good food and friendly people
Cons:Pollution and tourists!

Thanks for your tips on Pisa, we were thinking of visiting for a week the Tuscany region this coming summer, but if there is only ONE RESTAURANT worth eating at, we will go to ROME ^O^ (only kidding) Again, thanks. Martin
