Roche Harbor is a small, but hugely beautiful harbor in the San Juan Islands in the northwest corner of Washington State. This is a place of oysters and eagles and more sun than you thought there was in Washington...it's not all rainy ! There is an historic resort, a great marina which is wildly busy in the summer and blissfully quiet in the winter, and this is where our sailboat/home is located, for now. A picture of Roche Harbor will be included, but there are probably more stunning ones available on any San Juan Islands web site....this is a magical piece of the world we love.
