I went to Sligo in July of 2002 with my friend Wayne (VT username: conflictrealms). We travelled there by flying to Belfast in Northern Ireland, then got a train to Dublin, before continuing by train to Sligo. It was a zig-zag of a journey, but it was the only way we could really do it efficiently. We stayed there for a week, the first half of which we stayed at Strand Hill campsite, while the second half of the holiday was spent at Rosse's Point on the other side of Sligo City. |

HORSCHECK Mon Feb 28, 2005 11:11 UTC Fabulous little page about this Irish gem. Brings back many memories of my time here ... :o) | JLBG Mon Jan 24, 2005 20:41 UTC That's right, even if that does not match with genetic, rams are more closely related to bulls than to lambs ! | globetrott Mon Jan 24, 2005 10:37 UTC a nice page bringing back great memories ! I agree about the dangerous sheep - more than once they "shouted away" my motorhome from a perfect parking-spot in the countryside... | sourbugger Sun Jan 23, 2005 03:40 UTC that is one great walk, although i prefer crough patrick near westport |
