Church Of BONES! Town of Evora

My cousin had asked me if I wanted
to go to GERMANY / AUSTRIA! I said sure!
Then it fell through. She came back with PORTUGAL / SPAIN! I still said,sure! I think it was 1984 maybe
1985. I only remember a few of the names. But I remember this place!
I just don't know where it is located.
We landed in LISBON. Did a self drive to the SOUTH. Took a car ferry
to SPAIN for a day. Then back again.
Drove a little bit NORTH of LISBON.
Then ended up in LISBON to finish!
It was a good trip. Even with the FOG
& a little rain! Loved the SEA-FOOD.
Fell in LOVE with the GREEN WINE!!
Drank GALLONS of that stuff!
I would be grateful if anyone who looks at these pics. Could help me
put pics & places & names together!

PS, My Mom found these at her house. So I haven't seen these for
almost 15 years!!

Sintra..It's a magical place only 20min. away from Lisboa. I'd love to go to Portugal again, friendly people and good food.Nice pic.'s Dave.

What you call Quiaios, Quiacho, ... is Guincho, a beach on the ruffie Atlantic coast, near Lisbon, where is a very good hotel on a fortresss. Monte Gordo (not Gorde) is a town in Algarve and Beja is a town in Alentejo. Nice trying to remmember all this!
