Yangcheng late is about 1 hour from Shanghai in tha vacinity of Kunshan and Suzhou. You can find a hundred restaurants serving the best Hairy Crab, Yengcheng Lake Crab. I tried it, but I find I like sea crabs better. Here are some photos of the area around the lake that were taken in January.

Hairy Crab

In the fall, Yancheng Lake and Bacheng is the center of the Hairy crab industry. It is said that the best hairy crab comes from this lake. I tried it and I find salt water crab is much better and larger. But for those of you that like the local crabs, I posted some pictures for you.
