This is the best city in China to stay between jobs. There is everything a busnessman could want. If you are a tourist, there are not many ancient sites to visit, but it is close to the sites in Suzhou and Wuxi.
There is great shopping downtown near the Bund, The Yuyan Gardens or Xiangyang market. There is great food everywhere, and the nightlife just keeps getting better.
If you want tourist sites, go to Beijing, but if you want to live in a great city, go to Shanghai. |
