FLB Bar: A safe and sane hostess bar with good coffee

FLB is a Hostess bar with a difference. You can go in and get a cold beer, hot coffee or anything in between. Yes they have a lot of women, and a rather good live band, but they will not bother you. It is against their rules to bother the patrons, unless they signal that they would like to talk to one of the ladies.

The owner, Martin is well known to all the guys who come here for an evening beer every day. He is freindly and helpful. Want to know more or need help getting around town? The locals hang out here and they love to help a newbie. Maybe they will invite you on one of their frequent bar crawls.

The other unique think here is the clean toilets with real toilet paper.

Club Nevada: The Biker Bar

Nevada Bar is the place where the local Hog riders hang out. The music is loud, but not as loud as when these guys were young. There are ladies dancing in all stages of undress, and there are the bikers. This is not the bad biker bar that Hell's Angels would call home, but a much tamer venu.

You will find the bikers here are mostly Americans or Aussies. You can see their bikes parked outside. They all belong to the local club and they are all friendly guys who will buy you a beer before you can think to buy one yourself. Overall, not a bad place to stop, make some friends, and enjoy a beer with the owner, Lou.
