United States, officially United States of America, republic 1995 est. pop. 263,814,000, 3,787,425 sq mi (9,809,431 sq km).

The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. It consists of 50 states and a federal district. Washington D.C is the Federal capital and New York the largest city in all country.

Also the United States is one of most visited countries in all world,here you can find some of largest and more exciting cities in all this continent.When you visit the United States don't miss a visit to one of numerous beautiful "NATIONAL PARKS" you will find a lot of them along all the country.

My trips to the USA.

I've been twice in the USA,the first time on June 2,002 and on this trip I stayed five days in New York and another five days in Washington D.C.

This summer (July 2,003),I went there for my second time.
This time the trip have been a little bit diferent.It was a VT friends trip.My VT friend brdwtchr (Steve),picked me at Chicago airport and also to another couple of friends from Belgium.Then we started a very long way,(2 weeks) and also we covered a very big part of the Historical Old Route 66.We started in Chicago and finished it, in Las Vegas.So we've drived through a big part of the country.
We had the chance to see many states with a lot of diferents landscapes: Wisconsin,Ilinois,Missouri,Kansas,Texas,New Mexico,Oklahoma,Nevada and Arizona.And places like: Chicago,St. Louis,Las Vegas and Grand Canyon.

Manuel, checked on your US pages and see that they are looking mighty fine. I especially like the culture ones. You covered so much while you were here. I think that you need to come back so we can have a VT meeting with you in Chicago!
