"WELCOME TO MAKSIM" maksim_caine's Profile

Let me welcome you to my still very new and just started travel pages. I think VT is a glorious idea and some pages to find here are real masterpieces. I hope you'll find some information that is interesting to you also here at Maksim's.
My second VT name, Caine, is a reminiscence to the legendary TV figure Kwai Chang Caine from "Kung Fu". I love these series although I regard the whole mystics stuff with a certain distance (so no wrong conclusions, please!)...
But Caine is also on an everlasting travel on his way to perfect inner harmony, and in my case travelling is the only thing to fill my Chi up... LOL!
To be serious, I love travelling, exploring new cultures and languages, studying and admiring great artworks and meeting new people. So far I have not yet left my home continent, but by now I have discovered Europe quite thoroughly - without going to every usual "touristy" spot. You will find, among others, pages about the three European capitals, Brussels, Luxembourg and Strasbourg, and on the home country of our culture, Greece, but also on the small but very nice country of Slovenia, and the maybe most beautiful country ever, Italy, and and and... just see yourself!
If I should get beyond the "old world", you on VT will be the first to notice.
