I visited Arnhem on VE Day and the town was full of old soldiers celebrating the anniversary of the end of WW2. The museum and cemetery are well worth a visit and I talked to some Dutch and English people who have been friends since the Dutch resistance fighter saved the English soldiers life. REAL LIFE HEROES !!!! |
