A Unique Scene in Kansas City - Missouri

Smack Dab in the Middle of the USA

I know a lot of people who never bother to stop anywhere in between LA and New York because they think there's nothing worth their time in the middle of the country. Of course they are very, very wrong. Missouri is an excellent example of what the midwest has to offer the curious traveller. As the gateway to the west, it has a lot of historical sites to visit. There are two professional baseball teams (I'm sure there must be some pro football and basketball but that's not really my forte), some terrific museums, and great food. Next time you have barbeque, look at the bottle of sauce - that KC in KC Masterpiece? That would be Kansas City. They loves their barbeque in KC. So what are you waiting for? Get yourself to Missouri!

Pros and Cons

Pros:The best of almost every aspect of American culture.
Cons:The weather - summer or winter, it'll drive you nuts.
