A Great Place for an Outdoor Vacation

Idaho is a beautiful state full of picturesque scenery and a smell that you can't imagine until you experience it first hand. Driving along the highway in the north, if you roll down the windows, it smells like Christmas trees. It's a terrific smell and makes sense when you think about it - there are pine (Christmas) trees as far as you can see, both sides of the highway, for miles. It's definitely a highlight of any trip to Idaho.

There's a lot to see though. The lake in Coeur d'Alene is huge and there is a terrific look out point high above the lake. Mountains are near by - there's plenty to do for any outdoor enthusiast or even for someone who would just like to drive through with the windows rolled down.
