Probably the only place to visit in Baltimore.
The inner harbour is very nice, not only for tourists but also for Baltimore's inhabitants. It offers plenty of activities and outting possibilities, shopping and dinning.
Lots of different Piers with their restaurants, bars and shopping malls, touristic attractions
It is also possible to use the water taxi and visit the port
Lots of giant office buildings in the area. It is also a place for conventions and the stadiums.
- Pros:Inner harbour is nice, good restaurants
- Cons:Very dangerous at night, lots of drugs and criminals

like any major city, stay away from certain places at night because you encounter all sorts of weirdos. not to bag on you but it can't be worse than west africa! (which i'll someday visit lol)
