    • This is a 'must see' for anyone visiting Hua Hin. There are half day tours and other day trips including the national park. The wetlands, mangroves, birdwatching, mountains, temples, caves, beaches, a great day out !
    In my opinion one of the best day trips and best tours from Hua hin or Cha Am, or Pranburi ( which is very near ). Shows how marvelous this part of the Sunrise Coast of Thailand is.

    • Do try and get away from the main tourist areas, this tips probably applies to anywhere! There are plenty of tours and excursions but if you want some good ideas obout where to go then always have a chat with hotel staff. You can head off towards the mountains of Hua Hin and find wonderful villages, even hilltribes that are yet to be part of the tourist trail. A car and driver will cost about USD30-40 for a full day including fuel, ask the driver to take you away from the main tourist areas.

    • There is a great new off the road all terain buggy ride place just south of Hua Hin town centre called ATC. Drive through to Khao Takiab and then turn right just past Rua Rimtan and follow the signs, great fun it you like soft adventure!

    • There are 2 national parks close to Hua hin, Kraechan national park is about 50 minutes north of Hua hin and Sam Roi Yot National Park is about 40 minutes south of Hua hin. They are very different. Kraechan is jungle style national park, Sam Roi Yot is lowlands and wetlands with peaks running along the coast, both are well worth a visit and tours and trips are offered to both from Hua Hin, ideal sightseeing trips.
