    Getting TO/AROUND: It is possible to get to Canberra from Sydney by bus, train or car. The train costs about $60 return and takes 4 hours. There are 3 trains a day but beware they are often running 30 mins behind schedule. Buses cost about the same. A 2 day car hire from Sydney can be as little as $130.00 so if there are more than 2 of you this is definitely worthwhile. Canberra's public bus system appears good but services are not that frequent on weekends.
    Canberra is primarily flat and is great for cycling. Its ok to walk around the main city area but if you have limited time you just can't seem to see it all. The bus company has a great web site.
