I haven't been here myself, but my sister told me that it's quite a nice place for a stroll. You constantly have the monitor lizards (pictured) crossing your path and there are loads of animals & plants to look at.
Throughout the year, you will be able to see - Mangroves, mangrove wildlife like mudskippers, crabs, shellfish, water snakes, birds, spiders, moths, monitor lizard. Resident birds like herons, bitterns, sunbirds, coucals, kingfishers. Freshwater plants
From Sept - March, there are the migratory birds, in particular, shorebirds (egrets, sandpipers, plovers).
They open daily from 7.30am to 7.00pm.
Park Admission : $1.00 per adult & $0.50 per child / student / senior citizen.
Audio-visual Show Mon - Sat: 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm & 5pm.
Sun & Public Holidays: Hourly from 9am to 5pm.
Getting There.
Board TIBS 925 from Woodlands Bus Interchange or Kranji MRT Station. This bus stops at the Park entrance on Sun & Public Holidays. On weekdays and Sat, alight at the Kranji Reservoir Car Park for a 20min walk to the Park.
