Unique Qualities: A charming and historic hotel situated high above the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers, the views are spectacular! Surrounded by acres of woods, beautiful mountains and flowing rivers. There are 65 rooms here, priced from $70 to $155.
We obviously didn't stay here, due to time contraints, but without realising it, I did take a picture of the 'house on the hilltop'.
