Albufeira had been on the top of our travel list for several years, but for one reason after another we never seemed to get there. We finally made it in October 2004, just for a week. It is one of those places that you hear so much about, some good and some bad, but you have to make up your own mind, which we did. We enjoyed it!

I totally agree..annabels was great..well cooked food,very reasonable and friendly staff..sooo much better than anywhere on the strip..we will be returning there again when we go back .
Fishermen's Beach is a very good tip! Why is it called this?:)
