Estepona Travel Guide: 128 reviews and 261 photos
Estepona has been occupied by the Phoenicians, the Romans and the Moors (Arabs). It was the Moors who occupied Estepona and Andalucia the longest. There are very few vestiges of those times left, just fortifications, walls and watch towers.
In 1456 Estepona was reclaimed by Spain from the moors and from this moment on the history of the town has been fully recorded.

Good job Geoff! The fountain has no a specific name, it's know as "the fountain at the end of calle Real" ;-) I have just finished my Estepona page too. Merry Christmas!
Nice Page, We used Estepona as our base for Morocco & Gibralter
It looks a nice place, maybe one day i will get there.
I´ve been working the last two weeks not so far from the harbour. I had lunch a few times right on the front, near where you did. Oh yes... Mary is beautiful :0)

Are those your bowling balls on the pavement on the top pic? :-) Oh I always need to know where the toilet blocks are. And I am sure it was Lager Mary was drinking :-)
