Visit Honest Ed's. This discount store is absolutely enormous, and as it says on the outside, you really can get lost. There is stuff to buy as far as the eye can see, and if you are lucky, you'll see Honest Ed himself (we did).

Visit the CN Tower! This is the most famous building in Toronto, and also the tallest freestanding structure in the world (technically not a building because it doesnt have individual floors like a normal office building). No trip to Toronto is complete without going up here.
This is the tallest thing in Toronto, and the views you get are excellent. Not for the weak-stomached though - one of the attractions at the top is a glass floor, which is exactly that. There is a section of floor at the top that is made of glass. It's very strong and safe, structurally, but it will mess with your head, your sense of balance, and everything else about tall buildings you thought you werent afraid of, since it gives you a view straight down to the street. Very freaky.

Visit Casa Loma. This beautiful castle was once a private home, but fell into disrepair when the family went bankrupt. It has since been renovated and made into the beautiful tourist attraction it is today.
For anyone who likes castles or architecture, this is the place to go. I wandered around trying to imagine what it would would have been like to live there. The rooms are beautiful, and there is a self guided audio tour. Dont forget to climb up the spiral staircases to the turretts for great views of Toronto.
