Since my uncle lives within walking distance of a NJ Transit station, getting to NYC isn't that difficult for me. Whenever I visit my family in NJ, I almost always find myself in the city for at least a day. New York has it all - shopping, theatre, cultural events, great architecture - did I mention shopping? There is so much to do, so many museums in New York that it is quite possible to visit many many times and never do the same thing twice.
