WELCOME TO THE BIG APPLE!

by heywinks - last update: Aug 17, 2004

I`m from Boston & have visited New York City hundreds of times. I like taking the Chinatown buses to NYC (more than 50% less than Greyhound fares!) and back.
I love going to the museums and browsing the boutiques in Soho. There`s alot to discover in this exciting city. There`s always someplace new to visit.
I hope that I will be able to go there again soon! (being in Japan it`s a little more difficult for me to get back to the east coast on a whim!)

The Frick Collection looks absolutely delightful. Mind you, so does that rather enormous steak. Some day I really must cross the Atlantic. and throw myself into the culture and the cheesecakes!

Nice NYC pages, Sonja. Any collection that covers from Essex House to Papaya Dog is "getting it done". FWIW, Papaya Dog is my secret cheapie breakfast find for NYC.

I remember visiting the Frick collection many decades ago, when I was young...
