Esztergom - The Castle with the Basilica

Esztergom is a charming town in North-Western Hungary. According to the legend, Hungary's first king, St. Stephen was born here (around 970).

Esztergom is the most important ecclesiastical centre of the country: today the Primate of the Hungarian Catholic Church, the Archbishop of Esztergom, has his seat here. The Cathedral on Castle Hill is the largest church in Hungary.

Hi Aramat,we tried to walk into Slovakia via the bridge in may of this year 2004,two weeks after the country joined the E.U.,They wouldnt let us into Slovakia because we didn't have our passports So we about turned and walked back into Estergom.

nagyon tetszik a honlapod, szepek a kepek, es a tipke alapjan legszivesebben most indulnek oda! csak annyit tenne hozza az uralkodocsalad 'b'-vel irja a nevet, biztos elirtad veletlenul;-)) sziiaaa
