Loved the Welsh accent there in Wales... sounds like a melody everytime someone speaks... I'd only ever heard the Australian, Italian and English accents prior to arriving in Wales and was amazed at the happiness they speak with.
My name is Welsh... and being 12 years old and born in Australia, I'd never heard of anyone else with my name... only people who'd say 'I have a granny with that name' or 'my old Aunt's name is Gwynneth' ... I loved Wales... everything seemed to have a G-W-Y or an N-N-E-T-H on it!! For the first time I heard people pronounce it correctly and not say 'Glenis' or something just as mismatched. 'Tis nothing like being addressed proper like.
