This is where I stayed in Saigon. It's a guesthouse, the room cost us US$6 for 3 with bathroom attached. Open up the window and take a quick photo, that's the one. Please don't expect wide open spaces here, they all live together inside this area with two wall less than 10 feet away from each other. Looking down the window you can enjoy local peoples breastfeeding, having dinner, table gambling, tv watching and some mini-hawkers where you must crouch to eat. At night, this area is like a RLD red light district where we saw foreigners walking out from a place with soft red light with a sexy looking girl or girls. I don't know, don't ask me.

Unique Qualities: Cong An is the police station. We saw a group of peoples inside the house with a board Cong An. They are doing it as a court with few peoples in a group and another few in another group pointing fingers at each other and the police sit in between them.
