Bangsar Shopping Center is located 10 minutes away from the Telawian quarter which is further up the hill along Jalan Maarof. This shopping center is very expensive, not budget at all except McDonald's. You can try the Coffee Bean, Chinese restaurants and many others but pricey. Made chiefly for rich Bangsarese.
The location of this Mid Valley Megamall is very complicated, so I suggest tourists best take a taxi from Kuala Lumpur pay some RM12..00 to get there 20 minutes. Walking is almost near impossible because the Megamall was built in the middle of heavy traffic of highway, too dangerous to walk. Take the LRT is another choice.
There are at least 2 McDonald's restaurants inside the Megamall. There's more restaurants at the ground floor and at the top floor's food court, don't worry you have nothing to eat while you shop. There's a large size bookshop named MPH which I familiar, other shops are just too many to be listed here in tip, you have to see for yourself.
Here is a photo of shoppers relaxing after long hours of shop non-stop. The size of this Megamall is so big, legs need a rest, therefore have to look for places to sit and relax, have a cold drink etc.
