Salak Selatan is a location inside the border of Muddy Estuary. Visitors unless want to visit the steelworks or waste steel plants otherwise please forget about this location. Most of the areas are steel industries with shanty villages and modern constructions intermingled as one. If you have unwanted steels or irons to dump, please dump to Salak Selatan’s waste steel plants. They are so happy to buy in and you have extra income. To visit Salak Selatan is very easy to start from Kuala Lumpur city centre going via Jalan Pudu to turn at the junction of Sungai Besi road. The road will bring you to Salak Selatan, Kampung Baru Salak Selatan, Taman Salak Selatan, etc.

The town is just a few streets mostly workshops, banks, restaurants, a 7-Eleven, etc. Out in the main road are steelworks, waste steel plants and residential area.
