At the coastal front, you have many choices of shops selling women's beach wears. Picture is taken from one of the shops at Batu Feringhi roadside. I don't know much about the cost, its aorund RM25 a piece, roughly. I saw many women tourists wore and tramping on the street.

In Penang, tourists can find in shops selling items mostly golden and red colors, they are God shop selling accessories of God Gods Goddess and Goddesses etc. Tourists are welcome to purchase some as souvenirs, although it was not for that purpose.

For modern shopping girls boys men women, I recommend this location Gurney Plaza. There's some good shops inside, my favourite is always bookshop and computers.

Gurney Plaza is one of the biggest shopping centre in Penang. Location is at Gurney Drive, traffic is very bad especially at night.

Shopping is not only about women's handbags men's shoes, jewelry, VCDs etc. In Penang, shopping involve God Gods Goddess and Goddesses etc. Here I snap a photo from a shop selling Gods, tourists are welcome to purchase one or two Gods as gifts to friends. The Gods in this shop are Money-God, for peoples lust for money.

CTY Aquarium: CTY Aquarium

CTY Aquarium is here in photo (the tall building in brown color) located at Burma Road, nearby Kedah Road. This Aquarium is probably the biggest in Penang, tourists interested in aquarium fishes might want to have a look.

Road side night bazaar - more than 100 stores: Night bazaar

At night if you go to Batu Ferringhi which is along the road where The Ship restaurant located and the Lone Pine hotel.

A place quite similar to Bangkok's Khao San road except that this one has luxurious hotel surrounded to make it a distinct feel of Islanders rather than the backpackers' heaven.

Shoppers are luxurious class but items on sale are still as cheap from VCDs to Batik clothings and many other stuffs.
