This was the first trip my best friend I took after I returned from Chile. She was out hiking one day and ran across a fantastic family from Puerto Rico... She gave them the ole tour of Alaska and they stayed in touch.

We decided to leave everyone at home and begin the annual "Girls Trip". Having contacts when traveling is the greatest! We stayed at their summer cottage and many a night fell asleep in the hammock on the front porch.

I have so much to share...but I need to go through my scrapbook in order to furnish the details.
