I spent four weeks in Cairns last October & stayed with my nephew & family.
It was a wonderful experience.
I went out to the Great Barrier Reef & did some snorkelling first time for years! The water is sooo clear & the fish & the coral are absolutely fascinating ! |

|  | Karanda Train trip. Thiis was a great day out. You can go up in the train & return on the Sky Rail. Scenery was great so cameras clicked all the way.
Shops up there are very good. |
