    • When you are arriving from europe or North America, be aware of the jetlag! 34hrs total travel time just did it to me. I tried to ignore it, but did not really work... and the humidity doesnīt make things easier! So rest as much as possible for the first 2-3 days ( i spent my first week with a cold and fever... *sighs*)

    i had a heat-rash... after an 2hrs walking downtown without rest and water!
