i just loved it there...plants and birds i have never seen before!!! And its nice and cool there in the summer between the sprinklers! And lots of lizards... they are shy and hide themselves pretty good... so u got to be really patient if u want to look at one at close range! Unfortunately i had a pretty poor camera with me...

from here u get a wonderful brisbane overview! This place is pretty popular, especially at night (romantic!!! :o) ) , so if u do not like packed places, take a weekday morning to visit!

On the other side of the river in downtown, this is a nice place to take a rest and relax... or hide from the summer heat and sun between noon and 2 p.m. former expo area, with public pools and snack bars...THE place to take a break from walking thru the concrete jungle =)
