Leiden. Several years ago I stayed with my friend who lived in Alphen aan den Rijn. Every day I'd take the train to Leiden and connect with other trains to Den Haag or Amsterdam. Now I wish I would have taken a day and looked around Leiden a bit. | genevadavid Fri Jun 4, 2004 09:41 UTC
It's nice to know that it has been remodelled in the past few years. We stayed there in August 2001 and were not impressed. The hotel felt dark and dirty. I agree with your comment about location. We like Leiden. |
