1st visit June02 I though I was in Spain

My first impression when I went out of the train was..... I am not in UK, I must had confused.... was a sunny day and the first time I saw the sea in UK

I have to thanks Stacy (Beach dog) for his politeness, showing me his city!! Here is him opening the doors of the castle hahahah!

It was only by chance that I was able to visit Cardiff, but most of the time the unexpected becomes more interesting that the expected (well Leicester, Birmingham and London were not a surprise for me, as I had been many times).

We were at the hotel, trying to decide timetables to go to Birmingham when we were told there was a cut power to that line. In that moment I though, well that’s a good excuse to visit some of the other cities I am willing to visit, as Brighton, Cardiff …Edinburg was a little far ...

So when I hear someone that I could take the train from Cardiff, and from Cardiff to Birmingham, I thought...!!! idea!!! I should stay in Cardiff for a night, and visit the city!!

and that’s what I did!

I did not though I was in Spain... as it snowed hahahaha... It was in December 2002.

Visiting my best friend and partner... do you know a better excuse to travel? ;-)

We also went to Cornwall and we meet more members as Geoff_ Wright and family and on the way back Danny and Catherine .... Great to meet all you!!!!!!

On my third visit in October 2003 I did not had much time for travelling, as we were mainly packing for the big move!, but hopefully I will be visiting in the future more times this wonderful area, this would be March 2004

On my fourth visit in March 2003 we joined the first VT meeting in Cardiff and visited Caerphilly Castle. We mainly went to visit in law family (Stace´s family) after he moved six months ago to Marbella

And again we had Snow!!!

It all happened unexpected, Gwilym aka M0B1US, visited my Wales page and asked when I was going back.

Funny enough, we were going the following week, after 6 months we wanted to visit the family and celebrate Stace´s birthday with them.

So he organised quickly a VT meeting in Cardiff with less than 6 six days!

    Sin duda una ciudad estupenda y sobre todo el Castillo menudas fotos,espero ir algun dia aunque sea en un viaje del inserso!! :) no sabia q Stace sabia hacer comida china!!! jejeje con lo dificil q es!.
