Cordoba is famous for being the capital of Al Andalus, but it was founded by the Romans and you can find there some reminds as the bridge and the statue of Seneca.
Even if the Andalucian motorways seems to avoid the way to Cordoba (I had forgotten how many years had been on construction LOL, it is a perfect day off. Visit the cathedral mosque, walk along the Alcazar gardens and get lost in the juderia.
Cordoba patios are world wide famous but you will find the flowered pots along the windows and terraces all over Andalucía. Even our little terrace will look next year like a jungle thanks to Stace’s flowers hehehehe.

| | Do not miss Cordoba in May If you go to Cordoba try to go in May. Each weekend there is something. The first one is the Cruces, the patios, the festival and another one that I don’t remember, but try to visit the second one, the patios is absolute brilliant! .... Do not miss it!
