    • Just three kilometres east of Nerja are the Cuevas de Nerja, or Nerja caves, beside the unspoilt village of Maro.

    It contains the worlds larges stalagmite pillar and also wall paintings that date from the Palaeolithic and post-Palaeolithic periods

    Open daily from 1030 - 1400 and 1600 - 1800 (1600 - 2000 in July and August).

    • One of my favorites villagues in the coast, the white houses and the colourful doors, the cleaness, amkes it so special.

    Another reason to go is one of my fvaovrites restaurants; La Bodeguilla

    It is in the Sierra de Almijara, 6 km from Nerja.

    • You have the city of Torrox at the mountians, and around 40 years ago a german guy began to construct building here .... (Bau hoffman)

    Anyway, I have spent many years here when i was a child but it has changed a lot with the years
