ok, if someone tell me that my last night in Paris, was going to be in a Spanish Bodega, I would have laugh, but it was, and it was good fun. Now I understand why Christian wanted to celebrate his birthday there...

You have to choose 3 different menus, as we arrived late due to not finding the place lol (is not easy I promise, is better to come by taxi or car), we had to choose the first option of different tapas, that it was enough for us.

The atmosphere is incredible and the circus become a disco till 2.00 am....

    Just great!!!!

It was great to meet you guys again, Rochelle and Christian, and also meet for first time to Yelena!

Favorite Dish: Menu Tapas (29.00 Euro)

Omelette espagnole Tortilla (Do not expect a real tortilla, but it was nice)
Chipirons à la plancha (Nice but dry)
Piquillos farcis à la morue (delicious)
    Effeuillé de Serrano (Jamon Serrano)
    Boquerones
    Calamars frits à la romaine
Gambas (1 pièce) Very nice ones

Douceur chocolat Nice desert, but we also had a birthday tart with us ...

    For the birthday boy!!!! Christian!

We were walking along Montmartre when we saw this little place in a corner. It did not look fantastic when we first saw it, but menus were interesting, but there was no foreigners at all in the place, so we gave it a try.

And God, one of the best meals there. The waiter was so friendly, he just arrived from Spain, and we chat for a while (I really missed that lol ... at the other restaurants none talked, waiters just did their job, and well.. I am not used at all....)

The food was great. we took menus of 18 Euros each, and two jugs of wine, one from sauvignon for the starters (pate and salmon) and some Bordeaux for the lamb ....

    Deserts were hand made delicious.

All for 55 Euros two people

We knew it was tourist, but is was on the way of the hotel, we were tired, and there was a big sign saying ..... English Menus, Menu en Español .... lol that convinced us, after a few days trying to understand the menus in other restaurants.

We had onion soup and pepper steak with desert for a menu of 19 Euros each (I know it was expensive, but we were starving), and a jug of Beaujolais ......

    Around 50 Euros two people

We had magret de canard and filet mignon, and tarts for desert, no starters at that prices lol. the wine was not so good for the price we paid (21 Euros for a Bordeaux that did not deserve, really)

This was our first restaurant there, expensive, but we wanted to treated ourselves, after a hard day, busy around Paris

Expensive ... but nice atmosphere, the lounge for a drink deserves the visit, more than the restaurant, but one good thing, we did not had to order any water, as they keep on providing us with free water all the time

The food was great, the atmosphere nice, after we changed, as they sit us at the entrance, close to the door, and every minute someone opened the door, and it was freezing.... lol..

Also it shock me, as the tables and sits where more appropriate for a coffee and relax than sitting for a dinner. (I am getting old, and I do better digestions sitting properly hehehe), but I would recommend it.

Stace took the formule of Ribs (Rotisserie) that included desert for 16 Euros, and I took a faux filet, including wine, all was around 50 Euros for the two of us.

There is a restaurant at the museum on the top floor, next to the Impressionist, and on the top a fast food place to buy sandwiches, salads and baguettes ...

as the restaurant was full, we got upstairs and got some tortillas and a sandwiched (6 Euros each!!!!) and a drink ...

Very very expensive, but you pay for eating there, not for the food.... snif snif

Again I guess that you pay for eating there, but you can get Formulas, like menus for 8 Euros, that include sandwich, chips and a drink, not too bad!

Normal sandwiches can be bough for 4,50, so it is not too bad

Just for a snack, as once you enter to the Louvre, you will not want to leave ...

Louvre .... no words, just go... (I would need a whole month or more to discover it, really)

We had some crepes with milkshake.

It is close to Les Halles, near also from the Palais Royal.

On the first floor you can smoke. And I better not talk about the waitress.... please do not let me talk, but for someone with an excellent American accent with others .... not very helpful with us trying our best French (ok not a great one, but we always tried before trying English or Spanish)....
