Boston is a good place to eat. A seaport, large immigrant population and of course it's in America ( you nearly always get good food in the USA ). As always, check a quality guide book for latest ratings and recommendations.

Favorite Dish: I didn't get to try it but Maine lobster is supposed to exquisite. A local speciality is Boston Scrod ( which I actually had in Litchfield, Mass ) was tasty. I recommend Clam Chowder ( Clam soup- a favourite of President Kennedy's ) . Boston Baked beans is another delicacy - try it. Milk shakes are pretty popular here too - ask for a ' Frappe' .
