I have enjoyed every place I have visited. I love to see new places, meet new people, try new food :) and be exposed to different cultures. Travel as often as you can. Remember, although it is nice to travel in 5 star luxury, you don't have to . Some of the best travel experiences can be had on a modest budget. Remember too that you are an Ambassador for your country whenever you travel. Aim for a balanced vacation: try and mix your activities (and not your drinks!) 1) Seeing the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. My law literally dropped

2) Standing underneath the Eiffel Tower are marvelling at the structure

3) The Grand Place in Brussells. The most impressive grand square in Europe! Great mix of architectural styles and wonderful ornamentation. Plus there is always something going on.

4) Riding over the Golden Gate bridge in San Francisco in a Route Master double decker English tour bus.

5) Seeing the Acropolis illuminated at night. Spine tingling moment

6) Marvelling at the Colliseum in Rome.

7) Taking the walk that the Nobel prizewinners do in Stockholm

8) Wandering around Covent Garden in London

9) Standing on Broadway , NYC and watching the lights come on in the evening

10) Listening to festival music in Tavira, Portugal(many thanks to the VT'er who gave me the tip to stay in Tavira)

17) Bicylcling to Akihabara from Morishta in Tokyo

18) Visiting the hot springs in Hakone,Japan.

19) Boat ride through Gap of Dunloe Ireland

20) Conway Castle in Wales. World Heritage Site- a superbly preserrved medevil castle
