We must be the luckiest people alive! Our good friends Adrian and Ana Moved to Ibiza some years ago and we have been their guests a number of times. The tips and pictures on this site span at least 6 years so i will try to keep them all dated.
Last year, 2005, my updates were few as i seem to have taken my annual break in Ibiza for granted so this year i will try to go into more detail and bring you up to date on whats new on the island. There will be a review of the brilliant Shanti Shakti restaurant, my favourite, with some up to date pictures, hope you enjoy them.
In May 2006, SHANTI SHAKTI, my favourite restaurant in the whole world so far had to close, the landlord wasn't keeping the building up to scratch and Cyril & Victoria were looking for alternative premises nearer to the harbour. They succeeded and this fantastic restaurant will be exposed to the masses and the atmosphere will undoubtedly change, i wish them well and i hope they pull it off. I'll go there whenever i can and will let you all know about the future of this wonderful establishment as soon as i have word, ah but the gravevine is still working.. i have heard that SHANTI SHAKTI reopened on June 10th down by the harbour in Ibiza town, go to my restaurant tips to find out more - Ibiza here i come.

A BIG hello! to Adrian and Ana (Ana is from Ibiza and is quite mad) they have a beautiful house near the beach and seven cats (also mad) from them we have learned that Ibiza isn`t all about partying - read on.

The medieval walled city, now a world heritage site, as seen from the harbour. It`s a fair slog to walk up there and see all of it but worth the effort, it is one of Ibiza`s many highlights - well, there is more to this place than the night clubs as i`m sure you will find. This area could soon be the home of a reborn Shanti Shakti, my favourite restaurant in the whole world so far, check out my restaurant pages for news and reviews.
