We were driving around to find the monument but the signs are not clear at all to find it.

When you finally reach the monument, you will be denied access to the monument if you turn up by car. You will have to buy a ticket in the visitor centre and then you can go with a mini buss towards the monument. When we turned up at the monument, they told us this and the visits for that day where already fully booked.
