  I drove through and saw the ostrich farms but didn't have time to visit the caves. I also missed out on an ostrich ride. Your ostrich facts are interesting and that picture of the chicks is cute!

  Very helpful and good tips. When you were in the Swertberg it was crowded - we only saw two other cars in the whole pass.

  Oudtshoorn, love it! It might get too hot, and you really know your in the Karoo, but a beer rarely tastes as good. Don't know if you made it during the Klein Karoo Kunstefees (KKNK), but the place comes alive at the time :-)
