The Daintree National Park is a very diverse region in the tropical far north of Queensland. You can find here great beaches and rainforest and it’s also maybe the only place in the world where the rainforest runs until the beach.

Cape Tribulation will ring a bell for many visitors to Oz or Cape Trib like the people say who been there. Well cape Trib is a nice sandy beach ideal for playing a game of ultimate Frisbee or just hangout and relax in the sun.

And then you can go on a 4x4 guided drive across the rainforest and see some amazing places. Why not have a swim in a creek, just be careful of the snakes that you disturb in their siesta. We had a nice swim in a small riverbed and our guide came back with a snake to show us that they are living in that area. Or go to Mossman Gorge and walk or jump over that suspension-bridge.

And why not go to the local ice-cream factory and taste the ice-cream made with only local ingredient, yummy.

We had a great time in Cape Trib in the Daintree National Park and I’m sure that you are going to like it too.

The lion king drinking beers in the rainforest with the crocociles, the snakes and the geckos. Sounds good ? Did you play didgeridoo too ?
