Trier is a very beautiful town indeed. And not only because of the Porte Nigra (black gate) or its Roman therms, it is the overall feel it has, always a pleasure to go and visit and always too little time to do all!

Well, I have dug up some pics I took 10 years ago, much younger and not as wise as I am now ;-)
Still, I hope you'll like them!
The pic is taken on the corner of Porta Nigra platz and Simeonstrasse. The figure of Saint Christoffel with the Child on his neck always moves me.
I think this building was a hotel, but well, who knows what is is now after 10 years?? BTW, some more pics are added in my travelogue on this page.
