    • On Saint Marco square one can buy bird feed for 1 € .... a bit expensive in my opinion but when you have kids there s no escaping ... you gotta buy at least one package for each child....haha, only eldest had fun feeding, the other two were a bit scared of the birds flying on to them.

    • Like in ordinary traffic it is a custom to get out of the way when the firebrigade passes by.
    Made a lot of noise on approach so one cannot say one did not hear.

    • For a small ship I was surprised by the waves we felt when the fire boat had passed us.
    We never saw or smelled fire so I think it must have been cold fire or something. ;-)
