    • Favorite Thing: This statue, I just love it. The madonna (?) floating in tranquil calmness..
    The statue s a bit hidden because coming out of the trainstation it is to the right while Venice is waiting in front of the station...first bridge to the left.

    • Favorite Thing: Since I visited the Pretty Seagull's Club pages of Aroman I try to spot a seagull and frame it ... this is not the best shot but Venice can t be captured in a tight frame ... at least the bird sat still long enough ;-)

    • Favorite Thing: Walking randomly through the little streets I was surprised by the many funny details houses had, like this doorknob.
    If I had to go look for it, I am sure I wouldn t be able to find it again tho :-)

    • Favorite Thing: During the boatride I kept on shooting photographs... haha had three camera s going: a simple one with zoom, a slr-camera with ordinary lense and a digital camera for less interesting facts..needed my hubby to hand me the wanted camera and occasionaly a filmroll...pffff lol madness!

    • Favorite Thing: Well, this is a bit of a morbide detail of one of the palazzo s along Canal Grande but I just love it.....it s just a pity I could not find more information about it,, might as well be a commemarative stone...

    • Favorite Thing: Just love it, the arched windows, the buttons along the door posts and the saint sitting on top of the door...this is the entrance to one of the many palazzo s along Canal Grande.
    The wooden poles are used by gondola-men to attach the boat to.
