These are homes, mostly with full kitchens and kitchen equiptment. Homes typically have pools. Also, TVs in some if not all rooms. Range from 2 bedroom condos with communal / community pool to 3 bedroom private homes to, believe it or not, 7 bedroom homes. Some of the villas aren't near "anything" in particular, but the nice trade-off is having your own home!!! For about the same price of a hotel...

Unique Qualities: Typically not far from grocery stores, and most subdivisions have sport outlets such as volleyball and/or basketball. BBQ setups... tennis, some even have small workout rooms with gym equipment.

The villas can run anywhere from $90 a night for 3 bedroom to up to $175 per night for the larger homes.
