Smart Ride Charity Bike Ride | View from our hotel room patio! Stunning! |
My co-worker / cycle team mate, Raquel and I participated in a charity bike ride from Miami to Key West. This was our first time to the Keys, and riding down Duval Street on a Bike with about 160 other cyclists was a highlight!
We were a little tired to do TOO much damage to ourselves that Saturday evening, but that said, we can see were damage (at least to your liver!) could be done. Duval Street. See Travelogue...
Key West is cute, quaint by day, and decadent by night... my observation based on only 24 hours.
I would like to go back there again to give you my final verdict! |

I was supposed to come to Key West when I visited Florida in 2005, just as we got to the bridge, they evacuated the Keys due to the hurricane. I was so disappointed. | TheTravelSlut Wed Nov 1, 2006 03:03 UTC

Hi Patty, I've been to key west many times..I wont go into how it use to be..except to say I liked it better 20 years ago..at high season all the hotels are way to expensive...but i love the keys!!! |
