Although my guidebook told me to go here, this little village wasn't able to charm me. Maybe I had too high expectations after reading the book, but at the first glance Peille didn't appeal to me. I have to admit, I didn't give it a chance, but with the bad weather approaching, so many other great things still to see that day and a lack of time decided me to drive through the village, instead of making a stop here. So why am I telling you this? Well, I had to make a detour to get to Peille. If I had known this earlier I would have skipped my trip here and would have gone straight away for the 100 times better Peillon. That little village really stole my heart, so picturesque. Hahaha, you'll understand why when you read that page :-)
I won't write a 'real' page about Peille as I don't have much to tell about it. I'll just show you what in my opinion is the best about this place, and that is this wonderful view over Peille from a distance.
